If your plan is not listed above, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits to offset the cost of treatment. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your out-of-network benefits, including your deductible, co-insurance, and reimbursement rates. We are happy to provide you with a superbill — an itemized receipt — that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payments
All fees are due and payable at the time services are provided unless alternate arrangements are made in advance. We prefer you make payment through our client portal. Please log into to make a payment.

Sliding Fee Scale
We are committed to making quality mental health care accessible to everyone. For clients who qualify, we offer a sliding fee scale based on financial need. Please contact us to learn more about availability and eligibility. We never want cost to be a barrier to getting the support you deserve.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before your first appointment. This estimate will outline the anticipated cost of services based on your individual treatment plan and is provided to all clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use their insurance benefits.
Your Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to receive the services listed. Actual costs may vary depending on the nature and frequency of services provided. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
For questions about your Good Faith Estimate or to request one prior to your first appointment, please contact us directly. For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable, and we will always do our best to accommodate schedule changes when possible. However, because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we ask that you provide notice at least two business days prior if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than two business days notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session rate. This fee is not billable to insurance and will be the responsibility of the client.
We know that emergencies happen. If you are experiencing an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
