I work with teens and adults (ages 15–45) who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting Gen Z and Millennials, and I provide affirming, non-judgmental care for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals and couples. If you've ever felt like parts of your story have been misunderstood or dismissed, you've come to the right place.

I specialize in anxiety and trauma-informed therapy, with a particular focus on the mind-body connection. Because of my own lived experience with anxiety, I take a somatic approach — recognizing that trauma and stress don't just live in our memories, but often show up as tension, chronic stress, or a constant sense of being on edge. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, gently challenge the thoughts that make things harder, and build coping tools that are grounded in your real life. I also believe humor has a place in healing, and I bring warmth and a little lightness to our work when it fits.
